Dr. Arden Corter holds a doctorate in Health Psychology from the University of Auckland. She is a professional member of the Ontario Psychological Association. Dr. Corter is registered with the College of Psychologists of Ontario as a Health Psychologist. Arden specializes in supporting clients through health-related challenges such as diagnosis, treatment and ongoing health management, as well as helping individuals to cope with life transitions, stress, habit change, anxiety, depression, and performance related concerns. Arden brings an eclectic approach to her sessions, blending cognitive (CBT) and acceptance-based approaches (ACT), including mindfulness and compassion, as well as motivational interviewing.
